Welcome to Abyss Online, produced by Old World Labs. Please read these Terms of Service (the "Terms") carefully before using Abyss Online (the "Game") and its related website (the "Site"), operated by Old World Labs ("us", "we", or "our").

By accessing or using the Game or Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, then you may not access the Game or Site.

1.1. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account for the Game. By creating an account, you represent that you are at least 18 years old.

1.2. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. We cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

1.3. You may not use the Game or Site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not, in the use of the Game or Site, violate any laws in your jurisdiction.

2.1. The Game may include virtual items that can be purchased with real money ("Virtual Items"). Virtual Items are licensed to you, not sold. You have no ownership rights in Virtual Items.

2.2. Virtual Items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items.

2.3. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any Virtual Items at any time without notice.

3.1. The Game may allow you to create, upload, or submit content ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content.

3.2. By uploading User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such User Content in connection with the Game and Site.

3.3. You represent and warrant that you have the necessary rights to grant us the above license for any User Content that you upload.

4.1. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Game or Site at any time for any reason without notice.

4.2. Upon termination, your right to use the Game or Site will immediately cease.

5.1. In no event shall Old World Labs, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Game or Site; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Game or Site; (iii) any content obtained from the Game or Site; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.

6.1. These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of The United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

7.1. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
